We make it possible to produce a coolant hole even with a thin and long core pin. It is well know that erosion can be prevented by running cooling water in core pins. However it also needs an accurate technique on the coolant hole to obtain efficient results. With our new techniques, a concentricity in a coolant hole can be made within 0.3mm(7.62 inch)and the smallest coolant hole can be made from φ1mm. We also have bubbler system to support coolant hole. When you have problems with a regular core pin please feel free to contact us.
| Minimum work diameter | Ø1 | MAX=L100 |
|---|---|---|
| Ø2 | MAX=L300 | |
| Ø3- | MAX=L500 |
It is possible to make a concentricity in a coolant hole within 0.1mm for 100mm hold.
