Core Pin

Core Pin Most important factor of core pins is smooth continuous line, especially where a radius meets a straight line. Highly developed, sophisticated ingenuity of Dynamo guarantees smoothness.
Core Pin Water Cooling Hole
The hole is concentric to the O.D. within 0.03mm(0.012") This prolongs pin life by providing equal cooling in all directions.
Core Pin To work on form pin pictures above, prepare two electrodes, finishing one for EDM with ±0.01mm(0.0004 inch) tolerance. After EDM, application of Magaria treatment takes off EDM scale, tough hard skin and leaves a metallurgical stableness necessary against erosion and deposit.

Titanium Material

Erosion, deposit and solder resistant. Low thermal conductivity and adiabatic thereby making flow lines difficult to develop. Very light and anti-rust material.

Powder metallogical material

Reduces erosion, deposit and soldering. Cooling efficiency is 4 times that of H13. This material is very difficult to machine.
Dynamo ingenuity allows drilling of the smallest and longest hole.

Draw machine polish

Our specially developed draw polish machine produces smooth symmetrical straight lines without any undercut which is usually caused during hard polish. Perfect for long draw hole of aluminum products.
