To work on form pin pictures above, prepare two electrodes, finishing one for EDM with ±0.01mm(0.0004 inch) tolerance. After EDM, application of Magaria treatment takes off EDM scale, tough hard skin and leaves a metallurgical stableness necessary against erosion and deposit. |
